I love them! The initial connection was easy and remains solid, and they are WAY more comfortable than I expected. There are quite a few combinations you can do with the ear buds and inserts, so they should fit everyone. I have tiny ears, and the smallest buds fit great. The buds and inserts are tricky to get on and off, which is really good because that means I don't have to worry about them falling off the headphones as I did with the Bose ear buds I used to have. The headphones stay firmly in my ears even with vigorous movement. The sound quality is adequate, though as an audiophile I prefer my corded over-the-ear monitors when at home listening to something new. There is an equalizer in the optional companion app to choose a sound profile, and that was helpful to tune them to my preference. I purchased these specifically to have inconspicuous headphones at work, and they are perfect for that. The buttons are easy to use and offer good control, and I can wear one headphone if the situation works best with that if necessary. That doesn't happen often, because with the "transparency" audio pass-through feature (which can be toggled on and off) I can hear when a customer comes up behind me without a problem. These are also great for a morning walk where I want to get hyped up with some tunes but still hear my surroundings. I personally don't like noise cancelation, but with the Transparency feature off they isolate quite well. The case feels substantial and let's you know how much charge is left. The headphones charge quickly as well. I've never been disappointed with battery life in an Anker product, and this is no exception. They just make quality goods. Overall, this product has impressed me more than pretty much anything I've purchased online recently. Definitely worth the investment, especially if you like to have the option to go back and forth between noise isolation and audio pass through. Oh, and customer service was quite helpful when I had some questions prior to purchase; I was really impressed when they followed up after I received them to see how I liked them.

I bought this and another brand for comparison of the graphene sound. The biggest disappointment with these was the lack of bass and big size. I tried small size ear tips provided to get the best sound. Although uncomfortable, I felt these were lacking with the lower frequencies, especially since the frequency response listed is 20Hz-20kHz. The other brand (which are like as Airpods) sounded significantly better on the low end but weren't quite as loud and crisp as these. In contrast, this has a good vocal tone. And this brand loses connection a lot while walking downtown or when I go to work by subway because of the frequency interference. I feel the other brand is a better buy for sound and price versus Zolo Liberty+ (which, in my opinion).

My wife got us a pair back when these 1st came out at Wal-Mart for almost $300 a pair! I can charge these and they last for almost 3 weeks 4, 10 hour days at work before charging again! Easy to clean and take care of and just really good amazing sound!!! Thank you Amazon for giving me a chance to get them again at a 10th of that price. I am using the zolo liberty +. The battery life is ok my real only complaint is the size and shape and the sound quality. It could be just because I use Bose for my standards headphones but the sound quality is very fuzzy with a lot of cracks and pops in the music and some time the Bluetooth doesn’t connect properly and the song becomes all jumpy and jittery. Like I said I use bose so I’m used to a wired Bluetooth headphones so the battery isn’t in the headset it self is in the cord so it keep the size down these things in my ears look like giant cotton balls they are about a 1in by 1/2in like there big they get caught in my hoodie every time I put it up.

I love Anker products and was surprised with a few issues I've run into. 1. I can't get more than 4 hours use without them dying. Even when I put them back in the case to get them to pair with my phone, they run for a few minutes and disconnect again. For the 3-4 hours I get out of them, they sound great (when connected). 2. It's very hit or miss but they constantly cut out at times. It's like you walked 40' away from your phone, yet your phone is still in your pocket. They don't always do this but when they do, it's SUPER ANNOYING. The sound quality is great (when they work). Once you find the right ear piece and cover combination to fit your ear properly for them to stay in without slipping out of your hear, they are very comfortable.

CS UPDATE: Anker customer service goes all out to help make it right. We were unable to get the Zolo Liberty+ to work right for me due to fit and ear shape. We switched to the Soundcore Lite which has fewer features yet are lighter and fit my ear better. Bumped review from 3 to 4 stars for customer care. After Growing tired with wired Bluetooth headphones that had short battery life and a cord that sometimes got pulled in my bike helmet strap I was excited to try the Zolo Liberty+. The Liberty promised long battery life (playback not standby), no cords, and tight fit for physical activity. I have tried all the combinations of sleeves and buds yet cannot get a secure fit in my right ear. I can speak for durability as I've had the bud pop out suddenly while road biking on smooth roads and bounce on the pavement. The sound quality is alright when holding the bud in the perfect spot yet that spot isn't obtainable in normal use. The volume is sufficient. My wired Bluetooth buds are great for biking as they fit pretty secure yet allow outside sounds so I can still hear cars and have conversations. The Zolo touts pass through sound via a complex button press sequence that I've not figured out yet. However the fit is loose enough that there is no sound isolation. Battery life has been great, I used these at work to try them out, test different combos of sleeves and buds, and see how the battery does. The battery lasted at least 4 hours of pretty constant use. The range is good with little drop outs. I did have the left and right get out of sync once leading to an odd echoing effect. I hoped for a lot based on the advertisement and reviews and I am disappointed primarily because I'm unable to trust if the buds will stay in my ear without frequent resituating. Given the price I'd probably return them if I could but given the fact one is all scuffed from falling out I don't think that's an option. For walking or office these are sufficient but not so much for more physical activity.

I also own airpods but I find myself using the ZOLO much more. The main reason is that the ZOLOs feel very secure in my ear. When I am wearing them, I have no fear that they are going to accidentally fall out.

Setup of device was really simple. The sound quality could be a lot better. I had a pair of the brand before and the sound quality is like night and day. You can’t change the EQ to customize the sound, even with the app. I do like the style and silicone ear tips, however listening to music with these earbuds is like listening to an old trun dial radio.

Dopo alcuni mesi di utilizzo la cuffia sinistra si sentiva molto più forte rispetto alla destra. Ho scritto all assistenza tecnica e mi hanno spedito una nuova confezione in 3 giorni. Molto efficienti.il prodotto è valido, personalmente non lo prenderei per la corsa in quanto a lungo andare mi tende a cadere (anche provando i diversi adattatori). Batteria ottima qualità audio ottima. In un futuro prodotto sarebbe il top avere il comando volume fisico e non vocale

Ich hatte mir die Earbuds Mitte Juni gekauft. Die Tonqualität genügt meinen persönlichen Ansprüchen vollauf. Bei Telefonaten waren meine Gesprächspartner im großen und ganzen mit der Qualität zufrieden, mit der meine Stimme übertragen wird. Die Akkulaufzeit reicht für mich völlig aus, da ich höchst selten Kopfhörer länger als 90 Minuten am Stück nutze. Die Transport- und Ladeschale reicht locker für ein langes Wochenende bei vergleichsweise intensivem Gebrauch. Der Sitz der Earbuds? Im linken Ohr perfekt, rechts auch nach mehreren Versuchen bzw. Varianten etwas wackliger. Den Google Assistenten kann man leider nur bei entsperrtem Smartphone nutzen, so das diese Funktion bei mir in der Praxis unbrauchbar ist. Angesichts des Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sind die Earbuds von Zolo für mich ein 5-Sterne-Produkt. Diese Einschätzung wird durch den herausragenden Service der Firma Anker bestärkt. Vor einigen Tagen stellte der recht Earbud seinen Betrieb (weitgehend) ein. Das Mikro funktionierte noch, Ton wurde nicht übertragen. Alle Reset-Versuche sowie der Test mit anderen Zuspielgeräten änderten an diesem Zustand nichts. Auf meine Reklamation bei Anker am Freitagnachmittag erhielt ich bereits Montagmorgen eine persönliche Antwort und das Angebot, mir neue Headsets zuzusenden. Deren Anlieferung dauerte dann lediglich zwei Werktage. Jetzt habe ich ein neues, exzellent funktionierendes Kopfhörerpärchen und bin nachhaltig vom Service der Firma Anker beeindruckt. Merci!

great headset, it fits great in my ear and sound amazing like many mentioned from youtube reviews. I've been using my apple airpod as daily but I am using liberty+ as my new daily now. great build quality, not to mention made by Anker. so theres no surprise there. if you need a bluetooth headset that is compact, light, sturdy and splash proof then look no further. Ive (had) tried apple airpod, b&o e8, jaybird run and bose sound sport and this one is the winner for me.
