Too big for our needs....
It's probably Ok for a bigger girl but in our case it didn't work. Trying to adjust the hoops didn't make it as small as we needed for the dress to fit in properly. I ordered L size so maybe a S size would have worked but following their sizing chart I picked L. I returned it.

Good item. Adjustable waist, will be able to grow with my daughter for a long time. Hoops are adjustable as well. I am giving a 4 star rating because hoops were difficult to adjust.

Adjustable!
This skirt was exactly what we needed. It has the adjustable waist (drawstring) but it also has adjustable hoop size! I needed to give the dress some shape but not a huge bell. This skirt was affordable, light weight and with the adjustable hoops worked perfectly. They are easy to use and you have tons of options to make your dress just right.

This is very nice. It is adjustable, and my daughter will be able to use it for several years and with many different pageant gowns. It will be great to have her own when trying on potential dresses too. It was well worth the very reasonable price.
