Great Phone For Me
I bought this same model new at Verizon Wireless in March of 2017 for around $160. Loved the phone but I had an accident and cracked the screen. It was less expensive to buy a replacement here than to replace the broken glass on my old one. My order for this phone arrived in an unopened box - it was new just like it would have been had I bought from Verizon. Setup was a snap as I just swapped SIM cards and entered my Microsoft account information. All the information from my old phone automatically found its way over to the replacement phone. All I had to do was enter passwords on apps such as Uber and Facebook, set up my home WiFi passwords and basics of this nature. These phones come with both the wireless charging shell and the USB corded charger and adapter. It's still pretty easy to find different color wireless charging shells to swap out with the gray shell that comes standard on these.

Great Phone - Great Price
This replaced a HTC Windows phone and works great. Love it. The expensive HTC does not have a replaceable battery and after two years the battery would drain in a matter of hours. The Lumia has a replaceable battery. I have an Android phone and prefer the Windows user interface (UI). Not sure why more people are not adopting. I find the Android UI archaic and too busy. I just hope Microsoft stays in the phone business.Caution: Seller says Verizon enabled. Not so. Could not activate until Verizon put the IDs into their database.Once connected and setup, upgrade to Windows 10 immediately since my HTC had Windows 10. Then do the data/settings transfer.

Great Windows10 phone
Replacing a Lumia 928. I thought it was going to be a downgrade but very surprised at how fluidly this runs Windows 10 Mobile. A full day of battery life with moderate use. WiFi performance and cellphone coverage is excellent. Camera is not as good as the 928 but otherwise couldn't be more satisfied.

Avoid like the plague; Will not activate.
Not all that great. In fact, no one could even get it to activate. First Amazon tried but failed, then Verizon failed. Followed by that, I took it to a local reseller whom replaced the SIM card and it still failed. Verizon tried again with the new SIM card and it still would not activate. I ended up driving 3 hours to my nearest Verizon store whom, once again, replaced the SIM card to no avail. Finally, enough was enough so I returned it to Amazon before the 3 day full refund return period (you get 14 days to return it; however, Verizon refunds all of their charges (i.e. activation) if returned within 3 days). So, the moral of this story? Avoid windows based phones like the plague. I am now using a Samsung Note 5 and I couldn't be happier.

Verizon will not activate this phone.
The phone came as expected and works well, however... Verizon will not activate it. The IMEI pulls up as not being compatible with the Verizon network. (Despite the fact it clearly is) To work around you need to activate your SIM card with an IMEI number from a different phone. In my case I was lucky enough to have had a 735 previously and used the number from that one.

Touble with activation, though others seem to have no problem
I LOVED the phone. However, after hours with Verizon chat, customer service, and the local physical store, this phone could not be activated. It came with a Verizon sim, and the phone is branded Verizon. I love my windows phone, and would love this new one, but I had to give up

great phone, bad seller
This phone is awesome. I love it and will never go back to the tyranny of apple and iTunes. Although this phone is super awesome I wouldn't buy it from this seller again. The seller said it would come with a case, which it did not. Worst of all the headphone jack doesn't work right out of the box. So much for playing music with it.

Picture screen easy to understand
My son can easily use this phone. Great phone for the mentally challenged or folks without patience.
