F&H Signature Slim RFID Card Holder Wallet in Top Grain Leather (Smooth Black / Red)

Like many men, I prefer not to carry my entire life around in my hip or breast pocket. Losing one wallet is enough for one lifetime, even a long one like mine. I carry only cash, one credit card and my bank card, my Medicare card and personal ID - and whatever other card (museum pass etc) I will need on a given day. When I saw the F&H Slim, I decided to give it a try, even though I was generally satisfied with the card/cash holder I had. What appealed to me? The cash sleeve, to begin with. The holder I was using had an external metal clip that would stretch, if I was carrying more cash than usual, and would have to be pressed back into shape. The sleeve may stretch, too. Only time will tell. Against this contingency, I may order a second F&H after writing this, as experience teaches that anything good will be discontinued and thus it's better to order two at the go-off. My present holder presents its contents vertically, and as as the new AmEx cards are metal and weigh about 15 pounds, I've occasionally had mine slip free. I prefer F&H's horizontal configuration. The RFID protection is a nice add-on.

I love the color combination of Grey and Orange! I love how it slips in your pocket and you really don't feel it there unless you check. It would be nice to have a couple more card pockets and I would like it to have some elasticity to the money band... it holds a small amount of crisp "in case you need it" Bill's but, as soon as you break a 20, it becomes quite useless as you can't fit more than a couple bills folded into it. I'm also weary about stretching it out as 98% of the time I just keep a couple twenties in there for the moments when you need "cash only" or have to leave a cash tip. My only other gripe with this wallet is the leather they choose to construct it from, I prefer the supple leather that takes scuffs, absorbs oils from your skin and develops that worn character that you only get from well used fine leather. This reminds me of the plasticky stuff that they make kids toy baseball mitts out of... Okay, it's really not THAT bad however, it is sort of shiny and kind of cheap feeling, instead of that rich feeling of glove leather, or a really nice leather bound Journal or even a nice Fossel wallet... you get what I mean? Other than that it is a nice minimalist wallet but, I just expected more higher end feel for the money... it is just couple of stitched flaps of leather after all. I just love the colors!

It's a fantastic quality of a wallet. While compact, it may not necessarily be as compact as claimed even while holding only a couple cards & a little cash. But that does not detract from the beautiful uniqueness of the wallet.....compliments ABOUND from onlookers who especially ask about the great color combos!! I ended up buying 3 styles in 3 different color combinations. As to price point, it is a bit high for what you receive....it would be more balanced at a 25-30% less cost.

I keep my wallet in my front pocket and tend to carry lots of cash (around 15 bills). I had Ridge wallet with the elastic cash strap. It was good but doesn't work well with business cards or paper loyalty cards. This wallet easily handles those. While it is a little bigger than my Ridge, I find that the shape of this wallet makes it easier for me to put in and out of my pocket

Simply, it looks nice and the presentation is very good. You guys did a very good job overall. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I look forward to see other products from this brand. It may feel a bit tight at the beginning, but as you explain on the card inside the nice box, it will stretch within a week normal use.

The quality and design of the wallet is much more than I expected. The stitching looks well done, the wallet is in tact and smells new and it holds 8 cards. Everything I hoped ot would be in a slim line wallet.

Love it so much, works great, and not that bulky either

Still breaking it in...little stiff. So far so good. I carry in my back pocket and barely notice it is there. Don't miss my old wallet at all.
