I needed an MP3 player that supports downloading Spotify playlists, for my kid's outdoor trip. They don't like electronics, but this was small enough to pass. Spotify worked, battery lasted long enough, and enough storage for weeks' worth of music. Headphones are usable, but not great. Sound was ok. USB-C port is convenient. Did crash a few times, but for $30, can't complain much.

It's a great idea in theory. My toddler is always wanting my phone for spotify so I was so happy to buy this for her. However, it's insanely glitchy and even my 2 year old could tell and was constantly saying "Uh-Oh."

Great little thing, I'm trying to use my phone less. However, I would love to be able to use patreon on it, I can't tell if you can add apps or not. It does move slowly but I feel like that's good

My daughter used to have an ipod touch and unfortunately it stopped working and is considered "ancient" by Apple's standards, so she was out of luck. I wanted to try something that would still give her the music capability (since that was the initial reason for getting it for her) and she could still manuver like the ipod. This was a great idea. You can't download anything that's not on the ipod (loss for her, but win for me!) I do wish it had a camera, as that would be a nice bonus for her, but that's okay. So far it's been working well, the quality is okay and we haven't had major connectivity issues. Overall I would recommend, and plan on buying another for my younger daughter.

Customer service did not resolve issue and was difficult to contact.

IMPORTANT REVIEW UPDATE hahaok. So i have been contacted by them with a suggestion to ALWAYS rescan files after importing new files. here was my reply:Thank you. Your suggestion worked... sort of; Without removing the sdcard, i did try to rescan and all of my tracks disappeared. I returned to the main menu and removed the sdcard and then reinserted it and i got a notification that TWO new tracks have been added. I clicked to see why only two and saw the library already filled with every song i put onto the sdcard!!! It had made a new auto playlist titled 'newly added' and filled the list to 100 tracks, the custom amount that i had set up through the settings. I have been playing my music AND VIDEOS with no issues ever since.This is a great music player that does just about everything i use my phone for except make calls. its like a pocket sized tablet. It does have a small screen but even with my vision going bad, the image is good and text on the screen is clear and i can read it without squinting or zooming.-----------------------------------------original review (1 star) below.im from a time when mp3 players were a big deal. I still enjoy music on the go and dont always have a connection and i came across THIS mp3 player. I was hoping to play some videos on it but was never able to. Then i tried some FLAC files... it dint work. Converted them to MP3 and have them on the sdcard, tried to play the files, and although im able to see and select the files, the player says the files cannot be found. I've tried lots of ways o et this music player to play mp3s with the players it provide but never was successful.What excited me about this music player upon opening was that it had chrome browser to explore the web. I thought that was cool to have on a 'mp3 player'. It also have amazon music, spotify, a couple of others but no YOUTUBE app. There is no app store and i have been tying to find a way to download a music player that can play all files. There are still more ways i can try but i give up for now i been trying for a week. 1 star for chrome and the few apps, but its an mp3 player, right?stay tuned... give me out a week to try again. lol
