I typically have to take enzymes or even Betaine hcl every time I want to try to get enough protein in, but with this stuff I don’t have to do any of that. I take it first thing in the morning (something I typically never do because eating too early makes me feel sick). I have been healing from a surgery and I’ve been taking it 2 to 3 times a day but I think I’m going to still take it two times a day after I’m done healing. It says to drink it at room temperature, but in my opinion, it really tastes like crap that way, I keep it in the fridge and drink it cold - I think that it tastes fine as long as it’s cold. Kind of sweet kind of tart, but you’re not drinking very much of it anyway so it’s just not a big deal.I can’t say enough good things about this product. It has really helped me get enough protein daily without suffering or filling gross or bloated or sick. I have not tried the orange. I’ve only done the berry flavor and I will continue to just stick with that because I like it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taste a little funny, but worth it for injury *by on Reviewed in the United States July 14, 2026* Have to agree with some users, that it does kind of taste like cough syrup..But my thing is, if you're buying this for a reason like injury or tendonitis, where the injury will barely heal unless you take something specific to help it along-- then I don't care how this tastes if it actually works..I usually have a sensitive stomach to new things, but surprisingly that didn't happen with this one-- I just open it up and suck it right down, without tasting it like you would cough syrup..So far I've taken it maybe twice a week to not over-do it, and I do notice the improvement in my leg the very next day; but I may need it more often (daily is suggested) to get more noticeable, long-term effects for tendonitis... I only wish they made it a stronger dose so this packet could be smaller; but if this does the job and fixes my tendon-- then I don't care how it tastes... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works! *by on Reviewed in the United States September 17, 2026* My wife is using them after surgery and really enjoys the taste. ## Frequently Bought Together - ProT Gold Liquid Collagen Protein Shot, 17g Clear Protein Nano-Hydrolyzed Grass Fed Collagen, 2g Arginine for Wound Support, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, 0g Carbs, Non GMO, Berry, 1 fl oz, 24 Pack - Frog Fuel Power Regular Protein Shot, 15g Protein Nano-Hydrolyzed Grass Fed Collagen, Post Workout, Gluten Free, Fat & Sugar Free, 22 Amino Acids, 0 Carbs, Berry, 1 oz Packets, 24 Pack - Frog Fuel Ultra Energized Pre Workout Shot & Energy Gel, 120mg Caffeine, 1500mg Beta Alanine, Electrolytes 8g Protein Nano-Hydrolyzed Grass Fed Collagen, 10g Carbs, Berry, 1.2 oz Packets, 24 Pack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/69646439-prot-gold-liquid-collagen-protein-shot-berry-17g-protein-24](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/69646439-prot-gold-liquid-collagen-protein-shot-berry-17g-protein-24) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
