Perfect! It really is non-stick and easy to clean.
Not cheap but well worth the cost. I have spent a lot of money on other baking sheets that just do not hold up. This has made things a lot easier. No butter of spray is needed, and the food just lifts off. Be careful since if you tilt it, the food will slide off and end up on the floor. Yes, I am speaking from experience! Cleanup is fast and simple.

Excellent roasted veggies!
Great pan! It came with a chip on the side or it would be 5 stars. Doesn't affect the cooking surface so I kept it Makes the best roasted veggies ever!!!

Non stick coating
Have used these since purchase, multiple times. No complaints at all. I don't use spray coating. Everything I've cooked didn't stick to pan.Great ceramic coating. Not made for dishwasher. Super easy to clean to hand clean, dish cloth, dish soap and warm water. PS i have two !

Nice pan
This is a really nice pan and good looking enough to serve from. I use it for large cinnamon rolls from a can to serve my house guests.

Not what I had hoped for from OXO---stains, scratches, rusts
I really loved this pan until it got a bit scratched and started to rust in the scratched spots. Nice and heavy, bakes evenly, but after a while it will scratch on the oven rack (we used only silicone utensils). Unfortunately it also stains badly and things start to stick and the stains are impossible to remove. I guess that is typical of ceramic-coated bakeware but I was hoping for more, given the OXO name.
