How do they work? What temperature do Pixie Heat Patches reach?

Our patches heat up as soon as you open the wrapper and the iron powder reacts with oxygen in the air. Just peel, stick, and let the soothing begin! Pixie Heat Patches provide a steady heat between 140.0°F and 158.0°F to deliver soothing warmth.

Can I place the patch directly on my skin? Can I use while sleeping?

Always use as directed. Wear over a layer of clothing to prevent burns. Avoid adding pressure to the heated area as this can cause the heat to intensify. For this reason, we do not recommend sleeping with or laying on the Heat Patch.

Can I use these for other aches?

While designed for period relief, they can also alleviate back aches and general aches.

Can I use them while pregnant?

Always check with your doctor first—they know what’s best for you and baby!

What if my patch doesn’t heat up?

Occasionally, the patches may not activate properly due to the natural reaction process. If this happens, don’t sweat it—we’ve got your back!
