This product works from the first day itself. I can say this because the first day I had it I had a nightfall. Use just one tablet. It does make a difference in the overall energy. I use patanjali Shilajit and cabamide forte calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin d3 tablet (all in one single tablet) for maximum effect.

TA seems to be effective
Have been taking this supplement for a few days now. Noticed a slight difference in energy levels (are up) and faster recovery after working out.(One thing that the seller is miscommunicating here in the listing, is the amount of tongkat ali per serving (i.e. per 1 capsule). In the listing, the product photograph shows 500 mg whereas actually it is 200 mg. See the attached pics. Seller should update the listing urgently.)The above matter has been cleared by the seller. Seller has assured that each capsule contains 500 mg TA. Labelling mistake on their part. I hope the batch number and manufacturing date on the label are correct. Pay more attention to quality assurance, I guess.To all other buyers, it is better to cycle TA. No need to take it continuously just to be on the safer side. 3 weeks on, 1 week off should be effective. Let your body reach homeostasis in the 1 week off period.
