Great for cramps!
I was recommended to use this for leg cramping while I was pregnant. I was already taking more calcium and magnesium, so this was great when I kept getting cramping. Definitely recommend!

I use it for my dog on holistic vet's advice
It's hard to review a product I give to my dog on my holistic vet's advice other than to say that he seems healthy and happy (although a little suspicious of Santa) and here's a picture to prove it. Please note that Cataplex F is now called Flax Oil Plus. Same great product.

Ginger Friends, You Need This
I used to burn. I used to burn really bad. Hand on the gospel once I started taking cataplex f I have stopped getting sun burned. The first time I took cataplex f: I went rock climbing and was terrified because I was going to be exposed to the sun for 5 hours. I took cataplex f and I did not burn. now I take them regularly if I know I will be in the sun. Always consult your doctor; mine still suggested using sun block and being aware if how hot I get. Still, It is wonderful to be out in the sun and not always panicked about reapplying. I highly recommend

Works Well When.......
Some times they send tablets and sometimes they send gel perles. Not consistent.. But the Perels work well.

Easy source of omega 3
I’ve used this product for sun protection ever since it was called Catsplex F pearls. It doesn’t work for everyone as sun protection, but it does for me and I appreciate that. Flax oil is a great source of omega 3, and these easy- to-swallow pearls offer a simple way to get that into the diet.

Definitely hair benefit to that.
I have been taking it for a year with plenty of other standard process pills. First took it 3 times a day now twice. I didn't remember the hair benefit but after several months I noticed my hair is much fuller. So I second for that.

Great for fingernail health
These work great! I take them in conjunction with Standard Process Chlorophyll Complex to help strengthen my very soft and thin fingernails. In the past month I have seen a significant improvement. They look so much better now and more healthy. They aren't very long, but are growing better and more sturdier. I definitely will continue taking!
