Out of the package I easily inserted the absorption sticks into the moist and wet opening. Instantly the fragrance plumed out of the bottle and occupied the space in my bathroom. I found the redolence of vanilla sandalwood and leather assaulting the space between the more somber molecules living breathing and multiplying in my bathroom. Similarities to a previous eau de toilette I remembered from the ally ways of Marseilles transported me back to those rooms of negotiable affection from my youth. Strategically I placed the bottled memory near my eyesight so that while utilizing the appliance I can gaze upon the diaphanous bottle and breathe in the aroma of those pungent days.

I bought the Citrus Bliss fragrance reed diffuser and refill for my other diffusers and I have already order two more diffusers for other rooms to get away from the wall plugs that eventually burn out and have to be replaced. I also bought a HOUZZ diffuser in grapefruit/orange citrus due to the design of the reeds being shorter for a certain location but I prefer the Citrus Bliss fragrance. In fact I LOVE it and I am super picky about any fragrance. I would highly recommend you try this product if you love the fresh scent of citrus with just a hint of vanilla to soften and round it out.

I usually love scented reed oils. I thought I'd really like this one because I love the smell of citrus. However, the scent literally smells rotten and like the orange slice in the oil went bad and then the oil went rancid. I've never, in 12 years had this happen with a scented oil and this is my first experience of such a nasty smell with something that should smell good. I'm not sure whether I just got a defective product or Urban Naturals has some sort of oil base that smells bad to me. I dislike the smell enough though that I probably won't buy any scented reeds products from them.

Could not get cork out of bottle, had to use a knife to get it out, part fell into bottle, was a mess. Scent not very strong. Would not purchase again. Too broken to return.UPDATE: Urban Naturals contacted me regarding my problem, they refunded me my money and sent me a new bottle!at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised…and the cork came out of my new bottle! Thank you Urban Naturals for, not only making an old customer and will be coming back for more.

Bought this for a bathroom remodel with a "Zen" feel. I like fresh scents that aren't over-powering. The bottle is pretty and the reeds are nice. I filled the bottle only half way and it lasted quite a while without a over-powering floral smell. The scent is clean and lovely!

It has a pleasant smell (when you put your face almost on top of it) but it is very faint and does not permeate the room. I tried turning the reeds after 24 hours to see if that would help. We placed ours on a table near the front door for a pleasant smell as you walked in however you can hardly smell it. I might try moving it to a bathroom and see if it works better in a closed in space. Pretty disappointed for the price.

Spearmint and eucalyptus seem like an odd combination, but this scent has become my home's signature scent. Such a lovely mix. Love, love, love it! It's in every room and the oil lasts for a long time. I just purchase the refill when I see my little jars are running low.

This a 5 star review with caveats since the eucalyptus/mint scent is nowhere close to either eucalyptus or mint. The light floral scent is never over-stated and I'm enjoying using this diffuser set. It's a case of revised expectations.
