Arrived on time, good expiration date, smells nice. It's easy to use even came with a scoop. No complaints on the cost, taking it for the benefits, especially energy and immune support but too soon to give any effectiveness opinions. There is no taste no matter what I put it in, coffee, matcha, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. Will continue taking it at least for a few months to see what it does for me.

Good high-quality product. No discernible health benefits for me. But my research suggests that this is very good product. I just can’t justify the cost without seeing a tangible benefit.

I purchased this product because I know that red reishi mushroom is good for immunity and promotes calmness. So far I have no issues with it and it's easy on my stomach. Very effective and worth trying.

This works for stress relief

I only started with Reishi very recently (just began month 3) and I have only tried 2 different kinds. This one is my favorite, despite being the more expensive one of the two. When I take 1 tablet of this brand in the morning, within 30 minutes it's like my mind wakes up, like the static noise (mind fog) is quieted down and I can really focus, even when I'm tired. With the other brand I tried, I cannot tell the difference if I miss a day, but this brand, I know, I can tell my mind is sharper, within just 30 minutes of taking it.

At its average price, the quality of this product is acceptable. However, I can feel the product is not pure. It is felt and tasted like some coarse things in the Reishi powder. ( Is it powder of Reishi stem? ) I do not quite comprehend the declaration "Our products are lab tested for purity and potency. " It does not tell us how pure and how potent. I rate it for 4 stars.
