ACOPOWER 12V Portable 100 Watts Solar Panel Kit Suitcase with LCD Charge Controller (100W w/LCD Controller)

I purchased this to use when in my RV as we do all our camping off grid. I checked with ACO Power to ensure this is compatible with the zamp plug and needed additional accessories (i.e. to charge a boat battery). They ensured it had the parts I needed to do all the things I need. Excellent customer service. I also needed it for an upcoming trip and they ensure timely delivery! Such great service.When the product arrived free from any problems. It was well packaged and had all I additional accessories I needed. The product is well built and is very rugged. It comes with a good protective case and everything folds up nicely for storage (all accessories fit into the folded panel case. It's a breeze to setup and it works with the zamp plug in built into the RV.Performance was excellent. I consistently got 5.2 to 5.8A current at 25 degree Celsius during the summer at 50.6 degree north latitude.I would definitely recommend this solar panel kit. ACO is very responsive and offers great customer service.

I bought this to keep my batteries charged when dry camping. Took the new unit on a trip for 2 weeks. I carefully monitored the battery for the first 4 days and after that I just let is do it's thing. Batteries were fully charged each day even when the sun was out sporadically. We do not use a lot of power, only about 20 to 40 amp hours per day so my 210 amp hour setup ( 2 x 6V golf cart batteries) stayed fresh all the time. Make sure it is set correctly for your battery type. Easy to set up if you follow instructions. Also charged my cell phone and other USB devices every day with no issues. Charged my cellphone to 100% in about 1.5 to 2 hours. I will be using it a few more times this summer and will report any issues if any crop up. Right now I am very satisfied with the performance of the product and the service from the seller Acopower.

I purchased this solar panel package to help keep the batteries up on our travel trailer. I have a portable generator but don’t want to run it any more than I need to. This acopower kit has worked very well. It seems to be well built, the support legs do a good job and it comes in a nice case. The digital LCD controller came in a separate package so I was a little concerned when I only got the panels. My only complaint is that there were no instruction sheet with the controller although it was simple to hook up. Had to go online to find a user manual to find out what all the readings meant. Customer service at Acopower was very helpful. I would recommend and buy this unit again.

4.8 stars- I would really like to give this a full 5 stars based on the customer service provided when I have had to call them, but since there were a few things- I cannot quite go to all 5. Customer service has been hands down one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. They listen to the concern and figure the best way forward. My first time calling in was when my solar panel showed up but the control had not. The checked on it and saw it was delayed, so they upgraded the controller and overnighted it to me. This time when I called in it was because a wire pulled out of a connecting piece. They have been quick to respond and will be sending me a new connecting wire with appropriate ends on it. The company really seems to stand behind their product and make sure their customers are completely satisfied. THANK YOU!

Hi, I have firt try and after setting it to work. And after realize that my Battery power is not 9v, so the Controller it wasnt turn on. But after changing to and Normal car battery it started to work.The product looks good and nice. Is a havy duty product, The light form to transport is very good, I like it, and also always have the panel protected when you carry on. Thanks for such good product.. I will recomend it.

We purchased our solar panel to be used with our small trailer. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. The suitcase appears to be very well made. It is a great size for storing in our trailer. The Accopower company was very helpful with advising us on our solar panel and connection needs. They kept in email contact and made us feel like we were receiving personal care. The first week we used it, it was very cloudy and we only had a trickle charge. When we got home we set it up on a clear day and it charged beautifully. My only suggestion would be that the directions for the LED controller be more clear as we did not understand some of the terminology. All in all, it was a great experience working with Acopower

We like the portability of the panels and ease of use. We like to park our motorhome under shade trees whenever possible, so a portable solar panel makes more sense. We set it up yesterday and was able to send 13.0 volts and 5.4 amps to the coach batteries. Love it!

Works like a charm. The closing of the panels is a bit difficult with all the wires bundled inside. The flip down latches are a bit tricky also. But I am very pleased how the panels worked when we were “off the grid”.
