It feels good but it's is not a 100% magnesium glycinate there is some mixture of magnesium oxide as well.

Cheap magnesium, Loose motion, Ineffective
This contains cheap form of magnesium Hydro oxide(written in the back of the box) , usually i dont write reviews. But please dont use it for your own benefit. I use to have Carbamide Fortae magnesium and then tried this, this is not effective at all, no improvement in sleep at night. And i am having loose motions when i am taking 2 tablets a night as prescribed. Seriously did not expected this from TATA 1mg. I am throwing this out while writing this review
