Pathetic seller
The product quality is bad, it started the trouble within 6 months of installation. When contacted the company for warranty, they acted ignorant to the problem and asked fr video evidence. After sharing the video clip they stopped communicating, even my number was blocked. Not sure how Amazon screen such sellers as such pathetic attitude will not only detract consumer from buying such items but also damage the equity of Amazon as a platform

Support required
Hello Sir, I recently purchased a Plantex door set from Amazon. I'm facing an issue with the screws provided. Both screws are the same length, and when I try to fix the door lock on a wooden door, one screw fits fully, but the other doesn't go all the way inโit sticks out halfway. It seems this is due to the same-size screws not accommodating the lock and door thickness properly. Could you please provide a solution or suggest the correct screw size for proper installation?. I tried your customer care, but no one picked it.
