Works well when paired with a quality dimmer switch. Full power, these lights are very bright so dimming is almost necessary for comfort and energy saving. Installation was simple with the provided hardware.The color temperature selection is a nice feature. You can go warm and cozy in the bedroom and bright and sunny in the kitchen. I suggest leaving the cover off while you decide what color temperature you want. I picked one, it ended up being a bit too blue so I had to take the cover off and change the color temp setting. It's not hard, just a bit awkward to hold the cover, the screws, and a tool to fasten the cover.

I purchased 4 of these to replace the dated lights in my closets. I installed the 1st one yesterday. Pretty easy, remember to turn the light switch off for the unwire and rewire. I will say it gets a little squirrelly when your trying to put the white light cover and frame piece on, get the holes lined up for the three studs from the base and then having to put the thumb screw tops on.....so be patient.

I installed these lights in my daughters closet. She used to have 1 super dull light and you couldn't even tell if the lights were on or of. These lights are amazing! You can adjust the brightness level and they work really well!

UPDATE. Based on their customer service response, I am updating my review. Within a couple of days of posting first review, the company contacted me, asked a few questions, asked for a video so they could see the problem, and promptly sent a new set of replacement lights. Any company can have a product problem once in a while, but a good company takes the time to make it right.So disappointed with this. We ordered a set of 2 in June 2023. Didn’t get them installed in our remodel until late August. One of them has already completely stopped working in less than 6 months. The light color dimmed for a day or two and then just stopped all together. When you buy an LED fixture with integrated bulbs, you expect them to last years not months. Since the 2 lights are in same area, we have to find something similar and constantly worry that the second one will go out any day. I usually look for fixtures that have replaceable bulbs. This is why!

We added these lights throughout the home. They added more beauty throughout the rooms.
