I am no connoisseur but this time fancied a larger hind legs. It was advertised as no less than 6.5kg and 18moths cured. It arrived 5 days after ordering and with the covid in full swing this was amazing.The ham weighed in at 7.9kg unpacked. It was exeptionaly well packaged and included time line card for the processing of the animal to despatch which was a nice touch. Now the taste. This is the most expensive ham I have purchased to date, the way it cuts, stores and tastes definitely confirm that spending a little more in this case gets better quality.The meat still has just the right amount of moisture to allow it to be carved easily without tasting wet in the mouth.I would definitely purchase this again and may even risk a few more pounds per kg on the next grade up but really don't think it could get any better than this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Very nice meat *by A***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 November 2019* This was a very nice piece of meat and I will be ordering again.
