No the brown bottle will not fit. The case is of real high quality and the pills stay fresh.

Is the chain sturdy and rust proof?

Yes..so far this has been great. Very waterproof, sturdy and it looks great. And most importantly..keeps the meds dry. Happy customer!

Is the chain made of titanium too? How long is it?

I actually changed out the chain. I prefer a cloth lanyard. It was long enough to go over my big head.

Could i stash a 50 dollar bill in it?
