If you suffer from arthritis, and have pain in your shoulder joints, your knees, or the back of your neck, this product is perfect for applying pain relief gel to these areas without the need to depend on anyone else to help you.Sturdy and easy to hold, the applicator will hold about 5-6 ml of pain relief gel, easily loaded into the reservoir by using a coin to unlock it, and then squeeze or pour inside.It is not mentioned in the product description, but it also has a lid that goes over the applicator (which is the same style you find in roll-on deodorants), and seals it so it does not dry out between uses.The only downside is it lays the wrong way when you put it down on a surface for storage, so it needs a bit of a shake before use. Otherwise, prop it against something so the gel is in the roller-ball and ready to go. This "downside" is not enough to remove a star.If you need something that can reach down your back, this may not be for you.Overall, an excellent product.

Easy to fill. Easy to use & reaches where needed. A little on pricey side.

Bought this for my mum. The theory of it is great but, you need a coin to open the reservoir for the lotion which is fiddly for someone you Ofer. Also, the handle could be a lot longer to reach the base of the back. Thanks a only really reaches the shoulders. Great idea but I think could be improved for easier usage

I have been suffering with as yet undiagnosed Polymyalgia Rheumatica (inflammation of the neck/ upper back/shoulders). As i am allergic to anti inflammatories taken internally i needed a tool for applying cream that i couldn't reach by hand. This product is excellent and applies the cream just where it is needed. It's easy to grip, leaves no mess and i wish i had found it sooner. The only downside (which is minor) is that it's default position is upside down. To cure this i prop it against a wall the right way up so the cream is always in the right place for use - would highly recommend.

I have skin irritations on the middle of my back and it’s difficult to massage cream in those areas. I’ve tried this applicator and it’s rubbish. The cream wouldn’t go round the roller. The the handle is too small. Wouldn’t reach the areas i needed it to go

Ive used this applicator for moisturising difficult to reach areas on back and shoulder blade area - and not for pain relief. It does the job and I like the roller ball which is much easier than some applicators that have little mini balls in the roller head which always fall out. Very pleased.

IT DOES WORK TO GAIN ACCESS TO BACK

Great idea and does work but tricky to use sometimes - ball needs to lock more securely and handle needs to be longer
