I bought two of these for our church for live streaming , they are awesome, clear, easy to operate , pan and zoom with the remote about 60-70 feet away. Setup was very easy. The pictures are clear , not grainy. I can’t address the audio since we use audio from our sound board, but if it’s as good as the pictures you’ll be very well pleased !

This is a great camera! The remote works from anywhere (it doesn't need to be pointed at the camera) so you can place the camera anywhere you need it without worrying about the remote's sightline, or, the ability to control the camera from where your tech booth is. The picture is clear. You can control the brightness from the remote. The presets work like they are supposed to. The price is right, and quality is not a question.

Performance & Quality is pretty good for it's price.

To be honest for the price I wasn’t expecting very much. It is always nice to be pleasantly surprised. Great quality and value. The picture quality is excellent. I compared it to a camera 6x it price and it held up very nicely. The menu gave lots of options such as network and resolution which cameras costing more do not provide. The sales agent that recommended this camera was great to work with. I will definitely be purchasing more from this company and also looking at other cameras options from this manufacturer. I will add some pictures on my next share.

Too noisy for a quiet room when it moves

Excelent images. Tracks face and has a sharp focus. Easy set up and intutive remote for use. I initially had concerns about audio quality via the audio line-in port. However the customer service was excellent and very responsive. All my questions were responded to in a timely manner. The audio frequency response in this particular model is tailored to enhance speech. (approximately 300 - 3000 Hz freqnency)

Works as advertised with the over ip to the AVKANS PTZ PowerJoy Controller with preview and the HDMI connected and tested to the Yolobox Ultra, Extreme, Magewell, and Director Mini. Next I will test extending the 4K HDMI video and audio via a 4K HDMI WiFi transmitter and receiver with all the switchers listed above. I have no doubt that results test will pass flawlessly.

There are a bunch of similar PTZ cameras out there now, but this one had the lowest discounted price at time of purchase, making it a great value. The 20x zoom is actually 20x. The zoomed in image is clear and crisp. The auto focus is accurate without any constant "hunting". The video quality is excellent, even in lower light, which was my top concern since this is being used in a church setting. One thing of note: The maximum video quality of the HDMI output is HD 1080p. Higher resolutions, up to 4k, are available using the USB output. I cannot vouch for the network output. Set-up was easy. The base is nice for a tabletop or shelf. It has a standard fitting for mounting on a stand or tripod. But since the base is wide, it looks just a little silly on a skinny pole-type stand. The remote works at quite a distance. I estimate 50 feet or so. The buttons on the remote need to be pressed more firmly than usual. And in the case of the presets, held down a little longer than anticipated. Hopefully this becomes second nature to the operator with repeated use.
