Star Thistle Honey Jug 3 lbs. Bulk Honey Jar Unpasteurized Unblended No Additives Pure Michigan Honey

This is a wonderful honey with a subtle yet distinctive flavor. I enjoy like to use for sweetening Greek yogurt and peanut buttered whole grain toast. With every spoon of the yogurt I think, "hmm, this stuff is good and is so because of this honey". I used other honeys before star thistle. While still good, I didn't really think of the honey while tasting it like I do with the star thistle honey. Other honeys were little more than sweetening agents in my Greek yogurt. Star thistle honey gives my Greek yogurt character and a distinctive taste.

I love the light flavor. I use raw honey daily.

I buy lots of honey to brew mead but also like to eat/sample each one. This honey is amazing. This was the first time I have had Star Thistle Honey. I don't even know how to describe the flavor as I have never experienced this type of flavor before. However, very yummy and will order again.

This is very very good quality honey. The flavor is the best I have ever tasted in a honey before. Definitely high quality. Highly recommend, Will never use another honey brand but this one. Yum!!!

I’ve always only used Star Thisel (in a pinch maybe a good clover) so I'm very familiar with flavor. My opinion is the quality, thickness and packaging is very good however, the taste is a little off. But in Michigan, star thisel is limited so I can settle rather than have nothing.

I have purchased honey from this seller numerous times over the past couple of years, always ordering the Star thistle variety. This last time I ordered, I immediately noticed what I received was definitely not star thistle honey, but clover honey instead. Very disappointing. Not bad honey at all, but it is the second time I receive clover honey as a substitute for star thistle, which is different in color, smell and definitely flavor.

I've had all kinds of honey; and, it seems Star Thistle tastes different everywhere i've gotten it. This one is a good one!

This is the 2nd time I've purchased this honey and I am very pleased with it again. It has a really good flavor, I like the consistency and the price is decent. I will be buying this again when I run out.
