I am 5' 3" tall and 125 lbs bought this dress in size L. Waist down is on the narrow side and difficult to walk. Will make slits on both sides to be able to walk.

This dress looks amazing and fits so well. Great quality and a breathable material. Only downside to this dress is that there isn't much leg room. You'll need to get a slit put in on the sides or the back of the dress for leg room to walk. If you take short strides, it shouldn't be a problem for you.
