Excelente, necesitaba una PC con con Xion Oculink para conectar una GPU externa y mi vieja PC no tenía ni USB 4.0, esta PC tiene lo que necesitaba.

I typically have 5 mini-PCs serving various functions in my home. I had a very cheap one die after about 2 years. Before I bought this GMKtec mini-PC I read some reviews suggesting it might not be that good. Well, it became unstable and unusable after 6 months. I checked the RAM: no problems. I thought the heat might be the problem. I cleaned it and put another fan blowing air on it. The temp went down, but it continued to randomly reset even at 70C. My conclusion is that I should have paid attention to those negative reviews. Now it's a paper weight. Note: A few days after I wrote this review, the merchant offered to replace or refund for this mini-PC. Clearly, they support this product. Maybe the one I received was one of the small percentage of bad mini-PCs. Every product has some. Based on the customer support, I increased my review to 4 stars.

We purchased this mini pc back in October of last year. I am not a computer expert by any means. I am your average user that needs basic functionality, reliability, and something that endure the ever changing world of technology. So far, it has been an exceptional purchase for the price, value, and functionality. It's small footprint makes it easy to place anywhere, including travel with. It has enough ports to support my needs. And the price for the money was unbeatable in comparison to a laptop or desktop. The only thing I recommend is to use a good quality HDMI cable and to go directly to the AMD Graphics website to ensure everything is up to date. Great buy for the price!

I bought a NUC to replace my 15-year-old desktop PC, but during setup I noticed the WiFi speed wasn’t what I expected from a newer, more powerful machine. GMKtec customer service sent me a detailed list of settings to try, but nothing improved the speed. Their final suggestion was to upgrade the WiFi adapter, and they told me to order it from Amazon with the promise to credit my account. After installing the new adapter, speeds improved noticeably, and they quickly reimbursed me. Five months later, the case fan started making noise and slowing down. I let customer service know I was fine replacing it myself, and they promptly ordered a new one, sending tracking details. It arrived from China in 13 days and included both a CPU fan and a case fan, plus a small screwdriver. I swapped the parts, and now the NUC runs like new with a nearly silent fan. Both times, GMKtec’s customer service was fast, thorough, and covered all costs. While the issues were a bit disappointing, they made the fixes easy and hassle-free.

I bought this as a replacement for a computer that was Windows 7 upgraded to Windows 10; the old computer was going slower and slower. This computer is like a speed demon, goes really fast, even with a lot of Chrome tabs open. I do work from home on this computer and the difference between the old computer and this one is like night and day. I recently had a problem - the sound stopped working. I emailed the support people and although it took several tries, we got the problem resolved; it just took time and some effort - software replacement of the Realtek audio driver - to get things fixed and going again. How good is this? It's good enough that we bought another one for our office at work, and it's excellent as well. It makes me wish they made laptops... because we've got an older Dell laptop at work that started its life in Windows 7 and got upgraded to 10 and then 11, but is starting to have hardware problems; and another Windows 7 =>10=>11 laptop, from HP, that is starting to crawl and needs to be replaced as well.
