Soft Satin Bonnet Sleeping Cap Salon Hat for Natural hair

i wear this at night to keep my pillow from making my curls frizzy. i've had it for about a month and worn it every single night, and my curls have never looked better. i really like it!the elastic on it is pretty strong so if you keep it on your forehead overnight you'll definitely have dents - my head is smaller than most and it still happened to me, it'll probably happen to you too. but that also means it'll stay on your head unless you're thrashing in your sleep or something. the cap is exactly as advertised - the satin is smooth and will absolutely keep your hair from frizzing. it seems pretty well constructed and there's no loose threads or anything. it's a great deal for the price in my opinion.how i use it with my 3A white girl curly hair: i shower at night and let it air dry for a few hours. when it's about 85% dry, i'll put it up on the very top of my head using one of those looser, thicker hairties that won't leave dents. i put my curl ponytail right in front of my face and dangle them into the cap as i put it on. i try to avoid sleeping directly on my curl ponytail and when i wake up in the morning and take the cap off, my curls are almost entirely frizz-free.

The cap stays on throughout the night and isn't uncomfortable. However, it leaves a black stain on my pillowcase! At first I thought it was because I hadn't washed it yet but even afterwards, it still leaves black streaks on my pillowcase if I perspire during the night (I live in Southern Texas so that's pretty much every night). The stains wash out so I'll probably keep using it. Just not happy with my pillowcase looking dirty! For this reason I took off one star.

This is a nice bonnet that stays on through the night which I like. I gave it only 4 stars because the band is a little snug around my head (but not uncomfortably so) that I find myself pushing it up or down to make it more comfortable. I also can't easily put my glasses on with it because of the snug fit. Overall, it does serve the purpose for which I need it and I hope it loosens a bit over time.

I have medium length 3b curls and I've been following the curly girl method. I put effort into keeping my curls nice and when I am not going to wash or condition my hair the next morning, I sleep in the bonnet. It keeps my curls nice overnight and I don't need to style my hair again for the day. It is pretty comfortable to wear. One time I put it on my wet hair overnight and the colors bled onto my pillowcase. It didn't mind, it did not leave a stain. I recommend washing the bonnet first and not sleeping on wet hair. This is my first and only bonnet and works great. Would recommend to all my curly-hair friends!

Been on the curly girl method kick and was suggested to purchase a sleeping bonnet by a YouTuber. This one came very fragrant like it was used before. Had to wash a couple times to get the smell out. Contains my hair but sometimes my ear will get caught on the edge and I will sleep on it. Have you ever slept on a bent ear? Anyone know what I'm talking about? It freakin' hurts.

Okay, it fits kind of big but I was expecting that- I just have a kind of small head. It's probably like "average" size though. I didn't buy this for chemo; I bought it to sleep in with my extensions. My extensions are 24 or 26" and I don't want tangles and I'm not the best about putting my hair up at night. I throw it in a quick, loose braid and then put the pretty cap over it and the hair still looks nice in the morning. The hair seems to last longer and I can spend less time getting ready. The bonnet is pretty though, the fabric is pretty soft and there's a lot of room in it in my opinion.

My one complaint is that this leaves a deeply embedded line on my forehead when I use it. It doesn’t feel too tight or super uncomfortable so I was surprised to see the marks on my forehead left by the elastic band. Other than that, it’s soft and silky, roomy for a lot of hair and works well. A softer fabric for the head band would be better though.

Daughter uses( when I can get her to remember lol) definitely helps tangle and bed head! She has curly, dry, and thin hair. I’m hoping this will help us grow and strengthen her hair and get those curls bouncing again!

The material used in making the border of the cap messes up my pillow cases. Even though I washed before using, it left dye marks on the pillow case, which won't wash off.

Elastic went- find something else

Reasonably OK. Generally stays on my head over nights unless I toss an turn a lot.My hair does seem better for it.
