Je recommande fort pour qui débute!
Franchement c’est trop bien. Je vous l’indique les yeux fermés. Le seul truc qui me dérange un peu c’est que la poignet peut déranger pendant les exercices si on ne met pas des haltères jusqu’au bout du kettlebell. Mais à part ça, c’est vraiment bien pour une gym improvisée à la maison !

Very happy with these adjustable dumbbells. They’re easy to assemble, feel sturdy, and the locking mechanism keeps the weights secure during workouts.
