Good quality. Taste is good, dissolves easily when in warm water/milk and same for the mixing. I’m using this to make my L. Reuteri yogurt and so far so good. Got good results on my second batch. Used with coconut milk.

Been using this a month ,it’s a great product and comes in a resealable bag which is good.The product is tasteless and I have been adding it to my drinks and it mixes well .my sleep quality has been a lot better in a short space of time

Organic so no nasty fillers, smells of candyfloss and tastes quite sweet, I have had a few of these over the past months and they mix well and are not unpleasant to taste. The organic aspect is important to me as I don't like additives in my supplements.

I was really struggling with sluggish digestion and feeling bloated and started using a heaped teaspoon of this in cereal, yogurt or tea and it has made such a difference. A big bonus for me is that it didn’t effect the taste or texture of what I was eating and I can’t taste it at all.

Very effective and tastes good

I don’t understand- I thought soluble fibre dissolved & formed a slight gel. It says on packet easy to mix into drink or water - but it isn’t. It forms a solid shape & no matter how carefully I mix it it doenst doesn’t really dissolve. I mt makes water slightly yellow & I can put the paste in my mouth & chew. Weird. Is this a faulty one? Certainly not easy to mix in. Very sweet.

Been hearing a lot about the benefits so thought I’d try. Firstly I wanted to buy from a trusted brand.Price is excellent.So easy to add to drinks/cereal/smoothies as adds a little sweetness.I started with 5g then went up to 10g. ( made me ‘gassy’)I’m going to let my body get used to this gradually. So I’ve reduced the quantity to start with to 2-3g. I found that the body needs time to adjust. Will see how it goes before I increase the dose back to 5g.
