I’m very disappointed with this purchase; at this price point it doesn’t give value for money. My decision to go for this monitor rather than the much cheaper ones was for the in-built webcam and the speakers along with the long term dependability and LG brand. The speaker quality is terrible and not adjustable in settings and monitor does not have a webcam at all and that is what I wanted. Looking back at the description on Amazon it would appear that it means that the monitor has built-in power for a camera. So, I’ve now got a monitor costing £249 that is no different to one costing £80 and I’m not happy at all. Don’t buy this monitor as it’s just not worth it.

Compact good screen with anti glare. I found it a trifle difficult to set up and the rear toggle switch was fiddly but with practice it should work okay. Plenty of cable sockets at the rear, although it would have been better had they been on the side. My main gripe was that the onboard camera would not switch on despite trying all and reading LG website PDF I just could not switch it on so with that in mind I returned.

I thought this was very good value when I bought it, but unfortunately the webcam doesn't work and that is vital for online meetings etc. It is going back soon. I will look for another model from the same company if possible.

If you're buying this to use the integral web-cam, don't bother! I have been unable to get it to work. The company we use for our IT issues cannot get it to work either. I am currently on a Chat with LG but not holding out much hope. I wish I'd bought a separate web cam!

We bought 2 of these and chose the built in Camera Option but both have arrived but no built in camera which is very disappointing
