Good value pitcher and works well
It's a nice water pitcher It works well. The only thing I don't like is that the filters cost about as much as the whole pitcher. So you may as well just buy a new one if you need a filter. It's nice looking and easy to use

Là où les filtres standards doivent être changés toutes les quelques semaines, ceux-ci tiennent leurs promesses sur la durée.• Durabilité : La capacité de 200 gallons est un énorme avantage. On oublie presque quand on l'a installé !• Qualité de l'eau : Le goût est impeccable. Il élimine totalement l'odeur de chlore et les impuretés, rendant l'eau du robinet aussi bonne que de l'eau en bouteille.• Débit : Contrairement à d'autres filtres 'long-life' qui ralentissent le débit, celui-ci reste très fluide jusqu'à la fin de sa vie.C’est à la fois écologique et économique. Je ne reviendrai plus jamais aux filtres classiques.

Poor product description.
I ordered this at first thinking that it came with one filter. After I ordered it, I again looked at the description to see it did not mention that it included a filter but it did in a different model made and sold on here by Waterdrop. So, I ordered one of those (I think it's a newer model) because it clearly said that it came with one filter thinking, I'll return this one without the filter. Turns out this one did come with a filter. That would be great except that now I have one extra unit and they want over twenty bucks to return either one of them, so returning it would make zero sense. It would be nice if Waterdrop would contact me and help me out with this. They do both look like a good product. Looks very similar in build quality to Brita, and hopefully with less frequent filter changes.They did contact me and to compensate me sent me another filter. I'm satisfied.

Serves its purpose
Unfortunately. The first one I received had a crack on the side of the pitcher. Also, after receiving the second one, I realized the first did not come with a filter. Having said that, I do find this product of quality for its price. I just wish it was able to hold more water between fills.
