Fossil Emerson Medium Satchel

This is a beautiful purse. When I first received it I thought it was a little small. It is called "medium" but I feel it is on the smaller side. I thought about returning it and getting the large Emerson but it was over $100 more. I decided to stick with this one and get more organized. I have a large wallet that I stand upright, then I have a small makeup bag with miscellaneous items and then my sunglasses. I use the inside pockets for cell phone and other small things. I love the side pockets and I am using those as well. I have come to really like the size as it's lighter than my normal large purses. I also love the top straps and the longer adjustable crossbody strap. This is a bag that I will keep forever!

Love this bag for many reasons--just the right size--both ends have pockets just like the Tignanello bag I've used for at least 4-5 years ( and a plus I didn't even know how handy it would turn out to be)--I love the fact that I can use two different kinds of handles--lots of pockets inside--LOVELY LEATHER and a really nice grain to it. I used a brown suede bag for the last few winters and got tons of compliments on it--it's turned out to be exactly the same case with this bag. I also love the fact that it carries everything I need w/o bulging and in turn it's really very slimming to any observer.

The quality of this little bag is astounding. Beautiful leather, gorgeous stitching, and a great combination of pretty colors. I love the fact that it's three tones of colors. Makes it look very rich. The only draw back is the size. It's just a bit too small. However, I don't usually carry a million things around with me. I also have the Emerson regular size tote and that one is the perfect size. I love them both and it's nice to have the option of either a bigger/smaller tote depending on what I'm doing.

This bag is the definition of a classic handbag. The leather is so soft and beautiful! At first, I thought it was kind of small, but it matched the dimensions listed, so that's my fault for not paying attention. Im able to fit a full size fossil wallet, Oakley hard case with sunglasses, epi-pen, and a small notebook in the main pocket. I love the weight of it and I find myself grabbing the handles often to pick it up quickly. The zippers seem like quality zippers that won't break. Exactly what I would expect from Fossil.

Have had this purse 3 month & 3 days and the cross body strap broke. For has much money as I spent on this purse it should last more than 3 month. I don't even use this purse all the time either. Very frustrating!?!?!?!

Love this purse - it does it all. Lots of room and pockets and you can sling it across your body so your hands are free. The usual super soft, high quality leather you expect from Fossil.

Nice size bag, holds everything I need without being too large and heavy like some others. I was looking for a purse with a center section that didn't have dividers, just one main compartment and this one fits. I need to carry both sunglasses and regular glasses cases and it has plenty of room for these in addition to my wallet and other smaller necessities. I like the slide-in pockets on the ends, they hold my phone and keys conveniently. I don't use the zipper pockets on the outside of the end pockets, just haven't found a need for them yet but they add a decorative touch that's nice. Inside pockets are useful for small items without taking up too much room as well. I like that I can carry it with either the handles or the shoulder strap. I've carried it daily for almost a month now, and I don't see any wear so far. Definitely a favorite.
