Marc Anthony Grow Long Ultimate Blowout, Anti-Frizz Heat Protection Spray

Easy to work with. I dry off my hair with a towel and comb it through. Divide 3 layers into several sections, starting at the bottom, while focusing mainly on the sections that sit toward the upper portions of my hair. I spritz the sections one-by-one, avoiding the roots because my hair gets greasy pretty fast and I don't like having product buildup weighing them down. Then I use a hair dryer brush to create waves and volume, and I'm done. You get a decent amount of product in the bottle, and I have thick, medium-length hair so I still haven't made much of a dent in the container. The fragrance isn't overwhelming, it actually it smells pretty nice. The cap on the container keeps me from accidentally spraying the product because it gets locked in place to avoid leaks. My hair always looks like I got a salon-quality blowout when I combine this spray with my brush dryer. It's shiny and soft, and the volume and shape is perfect.

• My hair type: Thick, long, frizz-prone hair that becomes oily same-day at the slightest of sweat or humidity. My scalp is notorious for becoming itchy with the slightest of product build-up, such as mousse, hair spray or dry shampoo. • Product on first use: I have a lot of hair, and blow drying by layers can be quite cumbersome and takes me forever even with my Dyson dryer. HOWEVER, My hair dried so quickly when following the directions & use of this product, I literally thought I was in some sort of time paradox. It wasn't sticky when I sprayed it on generously as instructed. When dried, all of my hair - especially the roots - did not feel oily or heavy, or even coated like some styling or leave-in products do (which is surprising considering I'm hyper aware of my hair becoming oily fast with any styling or treatment product like Olaplex, etc). My hair also wasn't extremely oily the next day either, which is a rare occurrence unless I sleep in dry shampoo (I hate doing that though as it dries my scalp out). • Is it a Dupe? I've used the Color WOW version of this and I'd honestly say you can get an extremely close result with this product in terms of preventing frizz and creating a "hydrophobic" seal on your hair. This product is extremely inexpensive for what it actually does for my hair too... So much so that I've already used it once and want to buy another bottle as backup! • Styling afterwards: I tested styling my hair too after blow drying it and used a curling iron to it. I was VERY happy to find that my hair curled quite easily and quickly with less frizz than normal, at least in my experience. My curls held up throughout the remaining 8 hours of the day and into the next morning, which is impressive for my hair. • TL;DR: I'm impressed with the results it gives me when following the directions, and will definitely be repurchasing.

This is a great dupe for the Color Wow Dream Coat Supernatural Spray. Budget friendly, the smell is more fragrant but not overpowering. Smells like a typical flowerish fresh hair product if you know what I mean. I love the size of the bottle, a lot of bang for your buck! But most importantly it does it's job and leaves my hair non frizzy, sleek, and protected from the heat.

Smooths hair well and keeps it smooth even after a few days without weighting it down. Unless you get excited about its effectiveness and over-apply. The consistency is very thin which would be fine except it makes it difficult to apply. The sprayer is not great and makes the application issue worse. With how liquidy it is it needs a sprayer you can spray directly on hair without it over-applying or going all over beyond your hair, or even beyond limited areas. Current sprayer needs to be applied in hands but being so liquid makes it difficult to do, and the watery formula makes it difficult to know where it's been spread to. The product works well enough that I want to keep working on how to apply effectively without problems. Also a very good value.

Definitely works to protect from heat. I love the smell. Great value for the price. Hair is soft, smooth, healthy and smells good after being blown dry.

If you’ve ever had your hair colored, either lightened or darkened, there’s always some damage. This product allowed my hair to not look damaged and it made it feel amazing. My hair condition is better because of this product. I love the sleek look. I love the shine and it looks healthier. Bonus is that it’s protecting my hair against my heating tools. I like the ingredients and I feel that the product is effective for my needs. I have thinning hair due to cancer and not a lot of it so what I do have I like to protect and this does the job. I would recommend this product.

Pump stopped working really early on, but the product is great

I find this product to be far superior than the color wow dream coat. It leaves your hair extreme silky smooth and locks in against humidity and drizzle. I love it and highly recommend it. With the color wow, my hair was still getting frizzy every time, and I noticed that with this spray my hair stays smooth even after I lay on it. This spray does weigh the hair down slightly but to me it’s better than buckling at the slightest bit of humidity.

This stuff is amazing! Normally, my hair is very frizzy and dull, but after using it, my hair looks like I've just been to a salon. I'm not kidding! It smells amazing and I feel like it speeds up drying time. I'll definitely be repurchasing it.

I have long, thick, coarse hair. I am also lazy and only blow dry it enough to dry my roots and remove most of the damp from my hair as anything more would take forever. I got this spray on a whim because I have had little success with products like this in the past. After one use I knew it was different. Hair smooth and shiny without the greasy feel of other products. I even noticed a change to my drier ends which was an unexpected plus. Also it holds up like they say it does. Even on day 4 of no wash it still looked great and was frizz free. If they ever change this formula I will riot.

Amazing product! Only used 3x so far but since using my hair isn’t snapping as much and I am getting less hair loss. My hair has also been much smoother since using and it is usually quite hard to keep my frizz under control!
