I’ve been taking this supplement every night for about a week now, and the biggest thing I’ve noticed is that it makes me sleepy shortly after taking it. I noticed a difference right away. My brain felt more quiet. However, it seems saffron affects my sleep - they gave me insomnia that worsened the longer I used it. I know I have to start low and slow with supplements so I took a smaller dose sporadically for a couple of weeks. But I could not fall asleep for hours the week that I tried taking it daily. I do think this would be worth trying for someone with ADHD before a prescription.

I was skeptical but the reviews sold it. I had a TBI a few years ago and I’ve noticed I’m more easily frustrated with the kids, my irritation levels and tolerance are worse, and I didn’t feel like my old care free, go with the flow self. I didn’t like myself as a person after the TBI cause I felt meaner and short tempered. Been adding this to a little bit of juice in the morning for a week now and I feel like a new person. Having more fun with the kids again, more easily managing my feelings, and genuinely just feeling happier.

Taste good worked for a little while but then stopped working

I absolutely love this brand of supplements. I have used them a few times. My 8 year old takes this sometimes with water. She says it tastes weird but not bad enough to not take it. I have been using it to settle my kid down. Not sure if it is working yet. We have not used it consistent enough to know if it is working.
