These arrive rather compact in a bag and look underwhelming at first glance. I followed the recommendation to fluff them with a hair dryer. OMG that was fun! They fluffed up beautifully and look amazing. Every pom pom was in good condition as advertised. Nice variety of neutral colors. Great on hats. I will buy again.

I read all the previous reviews, then placed my order. It arrived very quickly. When you look at the pompoms in the package, they look small. But, just blow them with the hair dryer and they turn into the most beautiful pieces of fur that you can imagine. They are everything I needed and wanted for the hats I have made. I'm now ordering more because they're that good. The loop on the bottom is small so that the pompom doesn't flop around on top of the hat.

I thought the white ones would be ok for the top of a toddler snowman hat that I crocheted - but too large, and looked a little crazy. ( they are almost 4 " in diameter and I didn't want to cut away the fuzziness to reduce the size, because that's what made them so sweet!!) But the quality is good, there is a little piece of, I think, elastic on each one to connect it to whatever - one needs to dig around in the fur to find it, but rest assured it IS there. ( In fact, my husband found it, because I was complaining that there was nothing to connect it with. So have patience,and dig around. It IS there!)I had to return because I couldn't use for the hat, but they are something that definitely was worth the $$. No problems with the return, and yes they arrived when it was stated they would.

Update: Coming back a couple months later to update my review. One (or at least one) of the poms I received seems to not have an elastic loop attached, and while I was searching for the loop it seems like it's not quite sewn together right or something. I understand that random flukes can happen in the manufacturing, but I wanted to update the review because this 12-pack was borderline pricey to begin with and now that same price for only being able to use 11 of them doesn't seem worth it as much anymore.These were my first fur pom-poms, which was a purchase I almost made so many times and kept chickening out. Finally I went for it with this pack, and I will never look back. These are so fun to attach to crochet hats, and I really feel like it boosted the quality of my hats overall. They look so much more fashionable and trendy and gorgeous! Plus the color selection is excellent, although I'm running out of my favorites so I'm trying to use up the rest so I can order again!

Really cute and fluffy, they really tie the hats I make together and make it look fancy. Nice and soft too.

I originally used these as they were for a birthday party for a Star Trek fan who liked Tribbles. I've also used the white ones as Christmas tree ornaments.

The pom poms are gorgeous fur and the loop of elastic is a great idea. Sew a button on the inside, pull the loop through the top with a crochet hook and loop it over the button. Now the hat can be washed and thee pom pom removed. But the best part is the price! These are the same quality as the ones that sell for $5 everywhere. I really love them. Plus, with all the colors, you can change out the pom pom on the hat for a different color, which makes it even more fun.These are a really good deal.

I’ve never had any of my own, so I can’t TRULY compare them. But I have felt a faux fur one before though, and most definitely these feel like way less quality. So first things first, shipping was fast- 2 days. They look very pretty. They’re not super soft, they’re a tad rough. But if you don’t care about it, then it shouldn’t matter. I prefer them super soft. The hair pulls out very easily around the middle part where it’s gathered. The black ones feel and look like way better quality than the rest- and they don’t seem to lose hair like the others. The only downfall I’d say, is that the fur comes off easily. Besides everything else, they are totally workable and look good enough on my beanies. I’m giving them a 3 because they shed easily- that’s a pretty big deal for me.Maybe I can update later with how they keep up.

Very nice product. They were soft and fluffy and exactly what I wanted.
