burned out immediately upon switching it on for the first time
Greetings, I am writing to inform you that the motor of my Nostalgia Electric Ice Cream Maker burned out immediately upon switching it on for the first time. Upon reviewing the specifications, I noticed the appliance is designed for 120V, whereas the standard voltage in my region is 230V. This may have caused the malfunction. I would appreciate your support in arranging a replacement that is compatible with 230V. If that is not possible, I kindly request a full refund. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Delicious results and easy to use.
This ice cream maker was a huge hit with the family! It’s simple to set up, runs smoothly, and makes creamy homemade ice cream in no time. The nostalgic design is really cute and looks great on the counter too. We’ve already tried several flavors, and everything turned out delicious. Cleanup was easier than expected, and the instructions were straightforward. Definitely worth it for anyone who loves homemade treats!

plastic, but that's kinda standard for these today....
overall, this is exactly as i'd expect for an 'old fashioned' ice cream machine. works just as advertised. I noticed that there are 2 sizes (4qt and 6qt). I opted for the 6qt as i could always just make 4qt and have plenty of room for expansion (and to ensure the salt doesn't invade my ice cream). Well, it works as intended, but i really do wish i'd have just gotten the 4qt, but that's more on me than the design of this. The only complaint i have is that the gearing, paddle, and all are plastic and i'm not sure of the longevity that will have, but the unit worked great on its first mission.

6 Qt Ice Cream Freezer
Got rid my old Ice Cream Freezer and this was an excellent choice. Although there was a slight delay in delivery we still got it and in perfect condition. We have not used it yet but lookibn forward to the day we do!
