Been using this Nutricost beta alanine for a while now. The 500g tub lasts a long time and mixes fine in water or with other pre-workout stuff. You definitely get the usual tingles when you take it, especially at higher doses, but that’s normal and fades after a bit.Noticed better endurance on longer sets and less of that burning fatigue in the muscles during harder training sessions. First, this is not a pre-workout like most are thinking. Beta-alanine is an amino acid that requires the user to take consistently for a few weeks in order for it to "build up" into your system. Once you have taken this supplement for a couple of weeks, it allows you to push through those high-intensity workouts. In my experience, it allows me to last longer in my workouts and get through those last couple of drop sets. I definitely can tell the difference in my endurance and stamina. Beta-Alanine and creatine go together so well it's almost like a cheat code.

It is tasteless but has almost a sour or citric effect on the tongue. It is as easy as scooping into your bottle or cup, pairs well when taking with other supplements. It is great for the cost. I took it before my workouts and I immediately starting feeling differences in my sets after taking it. It does make the whole body itch ever so slightly, but after a week or two of taking it you get used to it.
