Chocolate velvet on my tongue.
These are without a doubt some of the best chocolates that I’ve ever had. You can pay far more for a good dark chocolate but they won’t taste any better than Bouchard. It’s like chocolate velvet on my tongue. I have a piece with my espresso after dinner everyday and frankly whenever I can steal one during the day. You will not be disappointed with these chocolates. Also, I live in a sub-tropical climate and I’ve never had an issue with melted or ruined chocolates. The bench where my deliveries are left is in the shade and I suppose that keeps them cool enough. Just buy a bag. You’ll be glad that you did.

Excellent Quality
First, excellent service by the seller. The chocolate is very good for a 72% dark chocolate. If you're not familiar with dark chocolate and looking for a milk chocolate taste this is not it. That being said this dark chocolate is way more healthy for you. The taste and texture is equal to and better then the other dark chocolates that cost (literally) twice as much. You know the names. One of the biggest things for me was they are individually wrapped pieces. It makes it much easier to control your urge to eat it all. With the other brands and the big bars once you open it it easy to eat too much. With these I can take one piece and go off to wherever I'm going and enjoy it there. No temptation and we all know when eating chocolate of any kind that temptation is always there. So, for the taste and price value I don't think you can beat it.

Delicious 72% chocolate. Love that it comes wrapped in bite sized chocolate. Few ingredients. This chocolate has a lot of flavor. Not too sweet, not too dark. Just right.
