I love these. I use them almost daily to work on balance and ankle conditioning and core. I have become very much more stable. It only took a few weeks, but for those with osteoporosis, make sure you have chairs or balance bars surrounding you while you become accustomed. I do not play around with my balance. I am serious about not falling as my bones are osteoporitic. The goal now is to tone my muscles and improve my balance and core as much as I can to prevent falling. I believe it is working, and I feel stronger, but I do not risk falling. I have learned how to balance on them and am confident. I do not need bars, but I do make sure to have a chair placed strategically so that if I do lose my balance I will not land on the floor. I started slowly and I now feel that I can challenge my adult children and grandchildren to balancing. I would win the competition. That is progress and keeps me motivated. I started using these in my phyiscal therapy sessions and decided that I need them at home. I often stand on them while watching TV and have the sofa behind me to fall into safely. The good news is that I can practically dance on them now without losing my balance.

It’s a good product. No issues so far. The instructions on how to fill it didn’t work, so I had to improvise. But, otherwise it does what it is supposed to and is a good tool in my physical therapy routine.

Upon receiving this for a student in my classroom, it was completely flat and would not inflate due to a hole in it. My student is very bummed as I have to return the item and order her a new one.

I had one of these from a different manufacturer several years ago that I loaned out to a family member and never got back. This one isn't as nice; the plastic is tacky/sticky. Isn't worth the shipping cost to return it.

Purchased this for my daughter to do home rehab on her ankle after an Achilles injury ... worked great. Good product for the price, good for developing balance and strength.

I love that these come in fun colors and with a pump to use with them. It is comfortable, sturdy, and easy to clean.

Not bad as a solution for long hours sitting at a desk, but doesn’t provide the same level of required movement as an exercise ball used as a chair.

Does it’s job

So far so good! Just wish there was an instruction manual or link to how much ti inflate it. But solid construction and the purple is so fun!

It needs to be inflated too frequently, also it does not seem to inflate fully like on the picture, there is a fold in it.
