This was an easy put together chair that is very strong and sturdy for my group classes. The quality is awesome and planning to order six more chairs. The money was worth it to replace some previous chairs I ordered from Amazon. The roll well and very functional and the back support is great. Well worth every penny I spent and plan to spend. Plus, these chairs are stackable.

We purchased 8 chairs which came in 4 boxes. We were able to assemble 5 of them with great difficulty and contacted the seller who sent us 3 more chairs. After struggling with the chairs for hours we were finally able to assemble 8 of them. The chairs that could not be assembled were due to uneven manufactured sections that no matter what we did they would be wobbly on the floor. We used the chairs for a poker game and within 15 minutes, the castors on 4 of the chairs broke - see the photos. Our guests weigh less than 160lb with one weighing 95lb who was sitting on one of chairs that the castor broke. The chairs scratched our flooring so I immediately asked everyone to get up and we stopped using them. I contacted Amazon to return the chairs. All I received was a return confirmation with mailing labels which were not pre-paid. So I contacted the seller who told me to contact Amazon since return labels were issued by Amazon. After going back and forth for several days, I filed an A-Z claim and was assured by Amazon customer service that they will follow up with the seller and get me pre-paid shipping labels. Note that we now have 6 boxes, and the cheapest shipping method would cost over $765 with UPS ground while Amazon requested we ship them back requesting signature which meant using Fedex or USPS. Well, Fedex would cost twice and much while USPS would not accommodate boxes of this size and weight. After over a dozen fall calls and chats with Amazon who kept telling me not to worry as the seller is just dragging its feet to run out the clock so we will lose the window to ship the chairs back, I filed a dispute with Visa and after waiting for 45 days Visa finally closed the dispute and credited our account. This seller is a fraud. The phone number they list on their site is out of service. Their chairs are completely useless. Amazon A-Z sounds great but did not help us in any way. We will never buy any large items from Amazon again after this fiasco. I am now working with my garbage collection service to come and pick up the boxes that have been sitting in my living room for almost 3 months. Oh yeah. One more thing. Amazon customer service supervisor told me in chat (I have screenshots of the chat) that he will refund my prime membership as a courtesy since some of the payment was through a gift card, and surprise, no such refund was issued. So even though Visa issued me a credit, I am still down about $80 because a gift card was used for part of the payment.

It is a great value. Very comfortable chair. It came on time. The back support could be a little better, I really like the height adjustment, very easy to set. I like the size of the seat, back support is not perfect, but functional is good.

These chairs do not stack properly and are very flimsy. They do look nice in a room and are a good size with arm rests. Wheels don’t work well on bottom, however.

The “with wheels” version of these chairs are garbage—the non-wheel type is just fine. Why? Because the wheels are not designed to be multi-directional! This, when someone to your side wants you to move slightly in their direction, you simply cannot do so. Admittedly, one fun thing about the chairs is tracking your co-workers’ disappointment in real-time as they discover that they cannot move freely while sitting in them. Eventually, you will become so frustrated with these chairs, you’ll rip the wheels off entirely. But then, you’ll be sitting 2-3 inches lower than in a non-garbage chair. If I had the patience I would disassemble and return them. Instead, the set of four is sitting in an empty office waiting for their next victim.

Great, comfortable chair. I am short and most office chairs are too deep for me. This one fits me perfectly. I like that the cushion edge curves downward so the seat does not dig into the backs of my legs. It rolls smoothly too.

Almost impossible to put together. We had to drill new holes in2 places. Not worth the money.

Be careful how you hammer in the wheels. If to hard they may not turn as easily when on the floor/rug. When tightening the internal screws you cannot go back to adjust once the others are installed you cannot reach the internal screws without having to take the chair apart and start over.
