Review: The 1st one i received was bad and did not heat up - The 1st one i received was bad and did not heat up. I returned it and ordered a 2nd one. This one works great. Give it a little while to heat up and it heats up the led solder very quickly and keeps the solder hot so you can just replace it right away. It was the easiest part about working on my LG 47LN5400. I have a hot air station but i figured this is easier and there is less chance of overheating the led strip.

Give it a little while to heat up and it heats up the led solder very quickly and keeps the solder hot so you can just replace it right away. It was the easiest part about working on my LG 47LN5400.
