What is agar and the other things on the label after milk and sugar please?

I don't know why people bother to ask these types of questions when all you have to do is google it. If you don't have a computer, I'm sure you have a smart phone. Make some effort to find the answer yourself instead of clogging my email inbox with unnecessary emails. Here is google's answer to "what is agar": Agar (agar agar) is a gelatinous substance that is extracted from seaweed and processed into flakes, powders and sheets. It is commonly used in Asian cuisines and as a flavorless vegan substitute for gelatin. As to the other ingredients, I'm not going to indulge your lack of diligence -- google it yourself.
