Super product at a bargain price. Really works well and keeps my house clean.
I really don't like to vacuum my house. However, this little guy (yes you name it) makes the job more thorough than the job I do manually. I find that I vacuum several times a week, instead of once every two weeks. Once I set it off, it is nice to come home to a clean house, where the wood floors are clean and the carpets look like they have been raked. I can't believe how much dirt it picks up even after it vacuumed a few days ago. I got it on sale, and I wish I would have gotten this years ago. I also like the fact, that if I notice some dirt in a room, I can just tell the unit to go clean just the one room.

Clean Elizabeth III
For some reason I thought I was getting a slate color based on the photo, but it was actually white- wouldn’t have chosen that color on my own. Works good as far as I can tell. It’s pretty intuitive and has yet to get ‘stuck’. The battery only seems to last the duration the clean (about 65 mins) before draining to 30% and it takes a while to charge back. Not bad if you run it once a day or every other/few days. It does A LOT of movement so I can understand the battery life. The ‘self emptying’ feature is really convenient too. I just needed help keeping up with pet hair and I could have gone with something cheaper, but trusted the Shark brand. I pray it lasts many years. I’ve named her ‘Clean Elizabeth III’

Tagged used-very good BUT WAS NOT WORKING
Bought this as used-very good. At first I thought it was a very good product since it was so clean and it basicallt brand new but there was a reason for it. It was probably returned by previous customer as it was not working at all and for some reason, amazon still sold it tagging it as used very good and will probably sell it again even if its not working. I already returned the product. The side brush was missing so I had to talk to Shark about sending one. Then when I try charging the unit, even after 6 plus hours, it wasn’t working. Shark had to send another battery replacement. And when the battery actually worked this time, you cant even make it the vacuum map the house and actually clean. I tried all possible troubleshooting as suggested by Shark and all possible yt videos that I could find. Still didn’t work and did not even moved out of its dock. I appreciate Shark for their customer service and for sending the tools I need but the product shouldn’t be needing a new replacement battery in the first place if it’s basically brand new. It would be a hit or miss when buying used amazon products so buy at your own risk.

If No-go is not working . . .
... call Shark customer service. Mine would ignore a zone I set up to keep the vac out of our walk-in shower where it'd get trapped behind a threshold. Tried everything mentioned on the Web, then called Shark service. Got a polite, patient tech who had me go thru steps of setting up a small room to include the shower, then a large no-go zone within the small room to keep the vac out of my shower. After running the vac to clean only the small room and seeing it (finally) steer clear of my shower, I reduced the oversize no-go zone and ran the vac to clean only the small room. It worked! Nothing we did logically FIXED anything, but the end result is that it now works. We've worn two earlier generation Shark robovacs out - satisfied with performance - and like to stick with what works. Fingers crossed that it still avoids the shower when the vac does the whole house tomorrow.

Lazy cleaning at its finest.
I like this vacuum. I could clean areas two and three times in a day and still have a charged battery. And better yet, I don’t have to be home to do so. I am satisfied with my vacuum. Definitely for people who get tired of pushing a vacuum cleaner back and forth. You do have to set “no-go” zones for some spots on your cleaning map in your home. Other than that, this vacuum is easy to set up, and use. The app gives you full control of the vacuum, and sometimes when it “falls off a cliff” you can find the vacuuming easily with the app. You may have to use the “Matrix” cleaning setting to get that deep cleaning you want, but not necessary when you set the vacuum for routine cleaning throughout the week. A great buy for lazy people who still like cleanliness.

Dinner positive, some negatives. The explore and map feature is difficult to implement
I am a fan of Shark products. I own their upright vacuum. Got the robot based on recommendation from a friend. It is difficult to "Explore and Map" the house if you have an off shared house. It doesn't do as good a job at vacuuming and getting all debris. The suction doesn't seem to be strong enough. Also, minor detail I guess, but you do have to go all around the house and lift all cords and get things off the floor so that the bot can vacuum there. I do like that it self empties. And when you look at the canister you can see that it is indeed picking up dirt and let hair.

My little Rosie Sweepers
Very little noise , has different cleaning levels. I dont have to empty it that often but the app will tell you when its time. Maps your house and then you can select which rooms you want it to clean or the whole area. Very easy to set up no complaints

Love it! I know it’s pricey but if there’s ever a sale, DO IT!
Obsessed! I have a husky and an Alaskan malamute and this helps keeps the house hairballs down to a minimum in between deep vacuums.
