ZTE Cymbal 4G LTE speed "Verizon Prepaid" Cell Phone - Silver

Got this to replace my older ZTE Cymbal which has seen its days over the past three years. These are durable little flip phones for those of us who don't like those thin fragile flat phones made of glass. These little flip phones are built like a tank and are great for kids or older people who just need a phone to talk or text on. Only $40 bucks a month for unlimited talk and text thru Verizon, can't beat it with a stick.

What a waste of my money such garbage!! Ordered this phone for work because I thought it would be a little more durable within a week it started acting funny and it hasn't worked right since. Now today it shuts off by itself and when you try to turn it on it gets to the now today it shuts off by itself and when you try to turn it on it gets to a certain point and doesn't advance and then re shuts itself off and starts again garbage garbage garbage garbage

This is a replacement for my wife phone when her old one got destroyed in a flood where she was a victims of about a month ago.

It is a simple setup. I prefer flip phones. A caller sound notifier is a default setting. messages are silent and appear on main screen. Voice come across loud and clear. Weather warning,etc can be set up as a selected sound. Easy to you. However, it does not have ability to use wifi. However, since we are in a cell tower dead zone, I connected the phone when at home to bluetooth with my iPad. Then once again, good reception loud and clear. Nice easy phone to use. It has more bells and whistles that we will never use. We are a strange couple. We only use a telephone to talk to someone.

I wish it didn't have internet, I must have been misinformed online. It takes a long time to turn on with Kaios. It does work with Verizon prepaid however so that is good (2022).

Lightweight and easy for my brother to use.

These will not activate .We got three of them .The first one in January but it was activated in late February and lasted one month when they went to add minutes it locked up all over again and would not unlock .It took Verizon two and half hours to get it unlocked the first time .It was impossible to do a second time .Is the problem Verizon or is it locked by the company you buy it from don't know .The two I got last I had ordered before the other phone locked up . They could not be unlocked they are the ones that got worked on for three days nothing. BEWARE

Very good quality phone. Easy to use. Great value for the money.
