It was packaged so well it took two of us to unwrap but very good! Taste is great as I love Apple cider vinegar and make my own salad dressing. We will see if it helps with weight management and cholesterol. I bought a 90 day supply so I will update later.

I am still have regular appointments with 5 doctors and things got better weeks by weeks so I try to get back to tennis court with group of old friends. For 4 months , everytime after about 5 minutes of praticing I got to ask for the break.One day one of the friend took me to a famous master in the area, he suggest I got to use apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, passion fruit, strawberry, honey condensed and use it before breakfast, I don't know what that is for, may be I did show him that I got itchy around my chest with dried blood showing on my tshirt. Of course the taste is something to get used to, but then again, getting another stent, or worse a bypass, is not something I want to get used to either. Since I have been taking it, (first made at home), I started losing weight and was worried because I was doing nothing different and did not equate the two. Then after a while I steadied out after losing 15 pounds and getting to a weight that I should be (I wanted to be a bit heavier, because I used to be very skinny as a child). But now that my back and hips and knees don't hurt, I accepted that I am at a good weight. I currently have 4 stents. The last three just after starting this. Had it not been an emergency situation, I would have let the medicine take its course and not gone for the operation. But the doctor was already compromising by not performing a bypass and letting me go home for a second (and many more) opinion. I took probably 10 opinions from cardiologists (classmates, friends, others) before I agreed to the multiple stents. All said I was lucky to be alive. Now with this on a regular diet and the stents in place I feel great. I don't start burping and feel out of breath when walking fast.I recommend this to all my family and friends. Waited 2 months for item. Finally get it and is expiring in 6 days. Purchased 2 bottles. Total waste of money.
