EDITO RESEÑA: El vendedor se interesó realmente por el problema que reporte en la reseña original, ya que era bastante grave, después de comentarlo me pidieron que volviera a probar un nuevo adaptador y que diera una opinión imparcial de nuevo, tanto si estaba conforme con el producto como si no, ya que sentían mucho que hubiera llegado defectuoso. Son cosas que pueden pasar, por eso existen las garantías de compra, algo puede fallar y lo importante es como responden las empresas, los vendedores y los fabricantes. He de decir que el dispositivo de remplazo funciona perfectamente, hace exactamente lo que debe hacer y no volvi a tener ningun problema mas, he esperado un tiempo para editar la reseña, subir de 1 a 5 estrellas la valoración y poder dar una opinión justa sobre esta compra estando seguro de que funcionaba bien. Agradezco al servicio de Post Venta la implicación, el contacto constante para asegurarse que iba todo bien y la preocupación porque no hubiera ningún problema técnico más, estamos hablando de un simple adaptador bastante económico, algo muy sencillo y por lo que la empresa está invirtiendo mucho tiempo en mejorar MI EXPERIENCIA preocupándose porque todo vaya bien, cuando sinceramente podrían haberlo dejado pasar sin más, pero he notado que realmente querían solucionarlo y ESTOY MUY AGRADECIDO por la atención. Dejo la valoración original al final del todo para que quede constancia, pero a mi como cliente me han fidelizado, no dudare en adquirir cualquier producto suyo si se tercia. Reseña Original: Lo compre precisamente porque era sencillo, no necesitaba transformador etc, en un par de horas sin siquiera usarlos, decodificador a pagos y televisor apagado, el aparato nos hizo saltar los diferenciales del cuadro de luces, hacia un cortocircuito y por poco me estropea la tele o el decodificador, lo devolvimos el mismo día.
