Ordered multiple similar products for this purpose, and these i was the most dubious about. But actually these are working out the best! I wanted arch support in my work shoes that wouldn't interfere with my shoes fitting me, because my full size inserts make my shoes too tight.And some that I've purchased will be too hard so my arch hurts around the 7th hour of wear. But these dont hurt! I am impressed. And they stay in place comfortably.I dont know how they'll wear over time, I have been spraying them with alcohol and will eventually wash in a lingerie bag. But as for now, 5 stars.

Could be a bit thicker and no instructions to understand the direction to wear them. They help a bit. Arch relief and comfortable to wear. The dont slip off.

I was honestly apprehensive about purchasing these. I have a set similar to these but the arch seems to be too much. I'm glad I purchased these they are perfect. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis a long time ago and these are comfortable and really do help. I wear them around the house and they really help with the pain in my feet. My old set used to start hurting me after about 30 minutes of use. The elastic band is a little narrower than you want to have but I like it. I can wear these for hours or all day and my feet don't hurt from wearing them. For the price and the fact you get three sets, it's a great deal and they are super easy to put on.

I am a Physical Therapist Assistant. I have been dealing with Plantar Fasciitis for about 3 months now. I know how we treat it in the PT world and I have done all the things recommended: stretching, rolling your foot in a small spiked ball, roll on a tennis ball, calf dips off a step, roll your foot on a frozen water bottle. I even saw my doctor and she gave me strong pain meds for 2 weeks and that only took the slight edge off the pain. I have had these for a week. I did not wear them in my shoes as I feel they put too much pressure on my arch with good shoes that already have arch support. I pretty much am wearing this when I get home from work to walk around my apartment. They only slightly relieve the pain. That is my real issue with these; they are not going to provide great pain relief or even a long term solution because your problem is still going to persist. You real problem needs to be addressed.The one thing that finally worked for significantly reducing my PF pain in less than 24 hours is the Gastron technique. Find a PT office that uses this technique if you have PF. Many PTs and probably old school PTs don’t do this even though it is an evidence based practice.

Such a small thing, costing less than almost anything else I’ve spent dealing with plantar fasciitis. After wearing it for 3 days I can stand barefoot on the floor! I get up in the morning without groaning in pain. I use it in combination with inserts and the support it offers is so so good! While it may not work for everyone, it is worth a try due to the price and how easy it is to use.

Ordered for my wife. She has constant pain in the toes and balls of her feet. All the podiatrist said was “pain management”, read that as drugs. She chose a different route. She initially tried a more aggressive form of this approach but settled on this product. She wears them 80% of the time, including sleeping. They’re not prefect and may not work for all. They don’t solve the problem but certainly help with pain management and are better than drugs.

I have plantar fasciitis in both feet these days. These have truly helped a lot, but have a tiny few cons:Pros:- these can be worn without socks or with whatever socks you want- easy to wash with your laundry- actually help support arches and help prevent pain- fit in most shoesCons:- At first it felt like I had ankle socks that kept falling off my heel, which I hate, and it took a few days to get used to that feeling- one size, and I wish they were a bit tighter as I have small feet- doesn’t fit with certain shoes
