is this 15mm or 22mm? Listing contradicts picture...

I haven’t fitted mine yet, but I can confirm that it is 15mm. The text on the valve body also says “15mm”.

Is this dzr brass and wras approved?

No chance! Its all cheap plastic.

Is this ok for central heating system?

I wouldn't use it for hot water. Remember that when open, water will flow either way, and when closed water can still flow "backwards".

This is for a hot water tank fed system what psi is needed to open the check valve?

Don't know exactly what the opening pressure is, but it's low - you can blow through it easily enough!
