Have no idea yet if it is helping with my bone loss. They are easy to swallow. MAY be making my stomach gassy, but not sure i can attribute it to these .

Extremely absorbable! All natural. Added vitamin D. Low phosphorus. No after taste. It’s a rather large capsule. I use it myself & in my homemade cat & dog food. Each capsule is 500mg of calcium carbonate in its most natural form. 1 tsp & half or 1.5 tsp per 1lb of meat in homemade pet food. Very finely ground for best absorption. I tried making it myself with mortar & pestle but I couldn’t get it as fine as this is so I do use both. Also has small amount of natural vitamins & minerals not found in regular calcium. The back of bottle list the amount off eggshell & amount of calcium per capsule & that can be a tiny bit confusing but it is 500 mg calcium per capsule plus added vitamin D. They don't waste any bottle space and fill them to the brim with capsules. I prefer this to any brand of calcium capsules I've used. I can't say how effective it is since we don't feel the effects of calcium but it's easy to use and this one is easier to swallow than some of the other giant hard capsules out there. Can even put the powder in smoothies or other things if you prefer. Also love that the calcium is naturally sourced from eggshells.

It is very hard to find human grade eggshell calcium on the market. You can certainly make your own, but it takes time and effort. The downside of this product is the fillers they add to the eggshell such as magnesium stearate, silicone, starches, cellulose, etc... that stuff can mess with one's gutt. I use it here and there instead of a TUMS because eggshell calcium tends to have less lead and other contaminants when compared to bone calcium carbonate from old cows - the major source on the market. Make your own if you can. It's pretty easy.

After learning that eggshells are a safe and highly absorbable source of calcium I searched to find a product. This is the only one I have found. Works great for pregnant/nursing mama needing calcium.

No irritation using this product. Great way to get all natural calcium without fillers and harsh form of it. Gentle on my stomach.

I have been using this product for 3 months and so far, no adverse reactions. Despite exercising, eating descent, taking over the counter calcium and Vit D etc., due to genetics I have been diagnosed with early stage osteoporosis. My next bone scan won't be for another year and half - I heard about the benefits of eggshell calcium and hoping that this will help!
