Yes, comes with screws to surface mount and also bolts to mount straight through a panel.

Hi, Could you please advise which direction the air flows?

It is reversible - very easy to change the direction by undoing the screws and installing the fans the other way within the enclosure - full instructions are included for doing this. I have two identical S5's installed - one as inflow and one as outflow in a hifi cabinet.
