As described but came with a stain on the box (not the Amazon box)
Arrived as described but had a stain on the box that was pink and smelled like soap. The scent was very hard to remove from the launcher.

The item arrived on time and in good packaging condition. Only one problem, NO 3-70 RATCHET AND HEXA BIT. It appears that it is missing from the the box, very disappointing and frankly unacceptable quality experience. Will be asking for my money back.
