This black iron pizza pan is made without a rolled edge so dough can be placed over the pan and then cut off.inchBlack Ironinch is the term given to products made from mild steel, not its colour. Most robust than aluminium especially when baking at very high temperatures. Various sizes and depths available.We recommend that your inchseasoninch all of your pizza pans (except non stick) as this creates a patina effect that becomes stick resistant. inchBlack Ironinch pans should be seasoned before use. To season: wash in warm soapy water and quickly dry. Wipe a small amount of cooking oil on all surfaces and bake until the oil has burnt on to the pan. Wipe all excess oil from the pan. - Black Iron - All 19mm Deep except for 6inch (12mm) - Must be seasoned

These have to be the worst pans I have ever bought. They were greasy when they arrived and I struggled to clean them but eventually I did only to see when I finished they were covered in stain marks. After using one I cleaned it and left it out overnight only to find the next morning it was covered in rust. It is now unusable.
