I haven't had to much luck with my lions mane. i want to try a second flush. what exactly do i have to do?

If it is like some “other mushrooms” after picking all the lions mane off just submerge the block in water for 24 hours, remove it and allow all the excess water to drain off and it should fruit again. 3-5 Times if you are lucky

What the mycelium growing on? Is it a log, straw, something else?

Something else maybe fine sawdust . A lot of mycelium so hard to tell for sure.

The instructions are printed on the front of the bag the mushrooms grow out of.
